So I have been eating fairly clean for about two years with exception when I go on holidays because I am unable to source quality food and cook it myself.
I have mostly been feeling pretty good lately. Having been on a ketogenic diet for the last couple of month I decided to try and eat some junk food.
I headed down to the local supermarket and ventured into the section I usually steer clear of the middle.
I picked up the following:
- 1 x Thin Cut Sour Cream and Onion Flavoured Potato Chips. Oh with no added MSG of course,
- 4 x New Sliced Leg Ham Naturally smoked, perfect for an easy nutritious lunch (Yeah Right!) Oh and 97% FAT FREE,
- 1 x Snack Stacks New & Improved Recipe Stacked Chips Original Flavour, Trans Fat Free (Oh Good), Cooked in Corn Oil (Face palm)
- Havarti Cheese Slices 10 slices
- 1 x 300 gm Sour Cream (not pictured)
- 2 x Kick My Ass Coffee with no sugar (I guess no sugar means replaced with chocolate sprinkle)
