Sweet Poison Book Review
Just try this. Go to your supermarket and pick up a couple of packaged food items. Take a look at the nutritional information on the back. Why is the sugar in almost ALL of the food? Even in food you would think why would anyone want to put sugar in this (Wiped cream, barbecue sauce. I challenge you to go and find something that does not have sugar in it.
Sweet Poison, why sugar makes us fat. Is another book by David Gillespie. Sweet Poison was released in September 2008.
Gillespie’s book is very well laid out making it easy to follow. It does not dumb down the complex science too much striking a good balance between English and science.
Researched from the advantage of not coming from the “medical, food pharmaceutical” industry David has done a great job of compiling a body of knowledge and making it easy to understand for the everyday layman.
A real eye opener revealing the real reason behind why you are fat.
This is definitely a book the sugar industry does not want existing in the world today.
