Ingredients: Butter: (50-80 grams), 3 Eggs, 10 Blueberries, Coconut Flour, Flaxseed
Meal.
Tools: Blender, Frying Pan, Spoon
Time: 5 minutes
Method:
Seperate the Egg whites and keep the yolks for last.
Load the blender with Coconut Flour, Flaxseed Meal, Blueberries and Egg whites into
the blender and blend.
Preheat the frying pan and melt the butter.
Pour in the mixture and heat until solid, add in the egg yolks last so that they do
not solidify.
