Ingredients: Butter (50-80 grams), Broccoli (350 grams), Avocado (1/4), Salt (3 grams)
Tools: Pot, Knife, Cutting Board, Blender
Time: 10 minutes
Method:
Bring the water to boil. Then boil up the thicker parts of the Broccoli first for approx 3 minutes.
Add in the rest and boil with the lid on for approx 5 minutes.
Add the butter, salt, and avocado.
Blend for a few seconds.
Done.
