Last Thursday I attended a user group meeting. When I returned home at approximately 8pm I ate 4 soft boiled eggs and went to bed.
I must have slept better than average that night I do not recall waking up too much.
The next morning I decide to skip breakfast and see what this will do to my ketone levels
10am arrives and I am still not feeling hungry at all but I should probably eat something after 14 hours so out come the blood and ketone test strips I take a ketone reading
Ketone Score : 1.9 Perfect!
Blood Glucose: 4.1 Perfect!
Breakfast consisted of an 80 gram Butter coffee with 1 tablespoon of MCT Oil
I ate a meal at approximately 15:30 just because I had it already prepared but I really did not need it.
I did not eat for the rest of the day/night
