I have just come back from Thailand.
for over a month now my diet has been from from ketogenic.
I thought I was doing ok eating coconuts everyday but then just out of curiosity I looked up the nutritional information online and was shocked to find out how many carbs there are in a full coconut. Not Coconut Oil that is a totally different story.
I think I must have eaten rice 1 to 3 times daily. Everytime I forgot to tell them “do not add sugar” they added sugar, Thais like to add sugar to EVERYTHING. I also consumed almost daily condensed milk and flavoured milk. I didnt have any wheat that I know of.
All in all it was a good holiday and now I am glad to say I am back in Ketosis and it took me approximately 6 days.
I was not too aggressive on my road back this time I guess my body is quite keto adapted now and it can get back into that state relatively quickly
