Ingredients:
- Grass-fed Beef 183 g Raw = 113 Cooked
- 335 g Raw Vegetables (Broccoli and Buc Choy)
- 46 g Grass Fed Butter
- 250 ml reverse osmosis filtered water.
Cook the Grass Fed beef (lid on) in 50 ml of water for approx 10 minutes each side
Cook the raw vegitables in approx 200 ml water for 8 minutes (leaves go in at the 6 minute mark for 2 minutes total time 8 minutes)
Remove cooked Grass Fed beef and cut it up.
Measure up or estimate an amount of Grass Fed Butter (Depending how hungry you are)
